Terms of service
Terms of service
Version 1.1 · effective 19 October 2026
1. Who we are
StudioTenders is a PPMB product, operated by PPMB (“we”). Operator details: see Legal notice. Contact: [email protected].
2. The service
StudioTenders sends email alerts and digests about public procurement notices relevant to design work, compiled from TED (EU), Find a Tender (UK) and simap.ch (Switzerland). Each item contains facts taken from the official notice, a machine-generated summary, a fit score and a link to the official notice.
StudioTenders is not an official publication and is not affiliated with the European Union, the UK Government or the simap.ch association. The official notice is always authoritative. You must check every detail (in particular deadlines, eligibility, values and documents) on the official platform before acting. Bids are submitted through the official platforms, never through us.
3. Plans and prices
- Free: a weekly email every Friday with the top three items. No payment.
- Pro: €19/month: the full weekly list, instant alerts for high-fit items (at most one email a day) and deadline reminders. Indicative prices in other currencies (≈ CHF 18, US$21, £16 a month) are converted from the euro price and rounded.
- Prices exclude VAT. VAT or sales tax may be added at checkout depending on your country.
- Studio: €69/month, for up to five recipients in your organisation (set up by email after checkout): everything in Pro plus the monthly awards report.
- Plans are billed monthly.
Features of each plan are described on the pricing page. We may change prices for future billing periods with at least 30 days’ notice by email; you can cancel before the change takes effect.
4. Payment
Paid plans are sold through Stripe Managed Payments. Stripe, through its Link service, acts as merchant of record: it resells the subscription to you, takes the payment, issues the receipt and invoice, and calculates, collects and remits VAT or sales tax. Your checkout and receipts show the purchase as sold through Link. VAT may be added at checkout depending on your country. The payment terms shown at checkout and Link’s own terms apply to the purchase; these terms apply to the service itself. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until cancelled.
5. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel at any time through Link (link.com), from the receipt Stripe emails you, or by writing to [email protected]. Your plan stays active until the end of the period already paid. If you ask within 14 days of a charge, we refund that charge in full. If you are a consumer in the EU, the EEA or the UK, this also covers your statutory right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason. After those 14 days, cancellation stops the next renewal; the period already paid is not refunded pro rata, unless mandatory law says otherwise.
6. Acceptable use
Your subscription is for you (Pro) or up to five named recipients in your organisation (Studio). Please do not resell, republish or redistribute the emails in bulk. Forwarding an individual item to a colleague is fine.
Swiss items (simap.ch). Data from simap.ch reaches you under simap’s terms of use, and you are bound by them as a recipient. simap.ch data in our emails is not an official publication: the data published on www.simap.ch is authoritative (“Dies ist keine amtliche Veröffentlichung. Massgebend sind die auf der Plattform www.simap.ch veröffentlichten Daten.” / “Ceci n’est pas une publication officielle. Les données publiées sur la plateforme www.simap.ch font foi.”). When simap.ch publishes a correction, we apply it in our following emails.
7. Accuracy and availability
We compile the service with care, but notices can be incomplete, corrected or withdrawn, and machine-generated summaries can contain errors. We do not guarantee that every relevant notice is included, that the service is uninterrupted, or that any information is accurate or complete. Fit scores are a sorting aid, not advice.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from the use of, or reliance on, the service, including missed deadlines or bids. Liability for intent and gross negligence remains unaffected (Art. 100 Swiss Code of Obligations). Nothing in these terms limits rights that you have as a consumer under mandatory law.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We announce material changes by email at least 30 days before they apply.
10. Law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Swiss law, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Place of jurisdiction is Fribourg, Switzerland, subject to mandatory consumer jurisdiction rules.
