Data sources and attribution
Every notice in StudioTenders comes from an official, public procurement API. Here is what we use, under which terms, and how we credit it.
EU and EEA: TED
Tenders Electronic Daily (ted.europa.eu), the online version of the Supplement to the Official Journal of the European Union, read through the TED Search API. TED’s legal notice states that procurement notices can be freely reused, for commercial or non-commercial purposes. Reuse follows Commission Decision 2011/833/EU on the reuse of Commission documents. We do not use the TED logo.

United Kingdom: Find a Tender
Find a Tender (find-tender.service.gov.uk), read through its OCDS API. The data is published under the Open Government Licence v3.0.

Switzerland: simap.ch
simap.ch (www.simap.ch), the information system on public procurement in Switzerland, read through the simap.ch API. Under the simap.ch API terms we:
- reproduce simap data without modifying its content;
- present it so that it is visually clearly separated from our own summaries and comments;
- pass on simap’s statements about data quality and any corrections it publishes;
- pass simap data to subscribers no earlier than 08:00 (Zurich time) on the day of publication;
- never suggest that StudioTenders is an official publication.

StudioTenders summary · our words
The Swiss Federal University for Vocational Education and Training (EHB) wants a complete relaunch of its corporate website: concept, technology, design and content as one integrated service, from consulting and development through content creation and implementation to operation. Open procedure, covered by the GPA. Offers accepted in German, French or Italian. No value is published.
Currency conversion
Values in other currencies are converted to euro with the European Central Bank’s daily euro reference rates, for orientation only. The amount in the original currency is always shown first.
What we add and what we leave out
- We add a plain-English summary, machine-generated from the original language, a fit score and deadline reminders. These are our own words and are labelled as such.
- We take values, deadlines, lots and procedure types from the notices’ structured fields.
- We do not copy the personal contact names and details found in some notices.
- We link every item to its official notice. The official notice is authoritative.
