Payments are handled by Stripe as merchant of record (reseller) under Stripe Managed Payments: checkout and receipts show the purchase as sold through Link. Billing questions
How do I add Studio’s extra recipients?
Studio covers up to five recipients in your organisation. After checkout, write to [email protected] with up to four more addresses. We add them by hand, usually within one working day.
Where are my invoices, and how do I cancel?
Stripe, our merchant of record, sends your receipts and invoices through Link. The link in your Stripe receipt lets you update your card or cancel. Email preferences and unsubscribing are separate: every email has its own links.
What if I sign up by mistake?
Ask within 14 days of a charge and we refund it.
Do you offer invoices for my studio?
Yes. Stripe, as merchant of record, emails a receipt and invoice for every payment, with your company name and VAT number if you add them at checkout.
